ABOUT CCM
Nicholas Adams has been designing, planning and constructing home and garden improvement projects on Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort for 20 years. A fully fluent English and Spanish speaker, Nik has built up close and trustworthy relationships with the administration staff on HDA and the local authority team responsible for the granting of planning permissions, licences and permits.
A fully qualified carpenter and a trained architectural surveyor, Nicholas managed numerous refurbishments in London's West End before moving to Spain.

CCM has extensive experience delivering transformational landscape gardening schemes, including designing and building outdoor kitchens. Local knowledge of what is and what isn't permissible has proved invaluable to home owners wanting to redesign kitchens, bathrooms or adjust the internal layout of their HDA homes.

Nik's previous work experience has left him uniquely well qualified for his current role. Shopfitting contract work for demanding high-end designer stores in the prestigious Bluewater Park Shopping Centre highlighted the importance of using the finest materials combined with top quality detailed finishes. Similarly useful skills and experience were obtained when working for an award-winning landscape gardener in Bury St Edmunds.

On arrival in Spain, Nicholas gained valuable experience working for a company that specialised in fitting doors and windows before joining Everything in the Garden a company that developed his design skills. Over time, he became the company's site manager and subsequently joint Managing Director of the business while it expanded to incorporate Everything in the Home and Aguatec.
These businesses combined to form Elite Management Group a multifaceted property management company operating on HDA designing and delivering improvement projects for homes and gardens, plus taking care of property maintenance for absent homeowners.

Elite Management Group (read more below in the 'Blast from the Past') formed the basis from which Creative Concept Management was born. Using many of the design ideas and principles laid down by Diane Stanton-Adams, Nicholas Adams has brought together a multi-skilled, dedicated team with considerable experience across a wide range of trades to provide the highest possible standards of work and customer service to clients on Hacienda del Alamo.

Mari is the indispensable, multi-tasking hub of the company, acting as Office Manager, and as a liaison point for clients.
In addition to her customer-facing duties, Mari processes the permits, licencing, and planning application paperwork, books in invoices for payment, coordinates staff worksheet submission, and organises the payroll.

A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE
Elite Management Group EMG was the forerunner and the inspiration for Creative Concept Management CCM. Initially, the brainchild of Diane Stanton-Adams and Nik Adams working in partnership to harness Diane's extraordinary design skills and creativity to Nik's ability to conceive, develop and deliver client's ideas for improving their properties.
Elite Management Group's excellent reputation was predicated on innovative and ground-breaking design practically delivered on-time and on-budget with top quality materials and finishes.

EMG expanded rapidly enjoying unprecedented success up to the moment when Diane was tragically diagnosed with what proved to be a terminal illness.

Understandably, Nik's main priority was caring for Diane and for the children during her illness and after her loss. This meant he was unable to commit the time needed to maintain the growth and success of EMG.
In many ways, Creative Concept Management is a tribute to the design ideas, beliefs, abilities and high standards that Diane Stanton-Adams brought to EMG and she remains the inspiration behind the birth and growth of the new company CCM.
